The LG LX260 (Rumor) USB Data Cable is an outstanding product at a rock bottom price. I highly recommend this USB Data Cable to all in need of this product.
The cable that arrived for this order was clearly labeled as "For LG VX8500". Comparing connector for this cable versus the LG LX260 cable used for charging shows that they are a different shape (4 round corners versus 2 round and 2 angled). You may be able to force the connector, but as other reviewers have found, you will probably break your phone.
This item is hard to get a hold of from many cellular stores who cary the LG line. This was shipped very timely and in perfect condition. It works great.

It arrived in a very timely manner. It works perfectly with my LG Rumor. The software that came with it was of no use but was simple to find the driver for it via google. I couldn't be happier with this product thus far.
